• Position:

  Special Educational Needs (SEN) Therapist (Part-Time)

  Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy sessions tailored to the individual needs of children with SEN, including those with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and other learning challenges.

  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

  • Use a variety of techniques and approaches, such as play therapy, sensory integration, and structured teaching, to support children’s academic, social, and emotional growth.

  • Maintain accurate records of progress and regularly communicate with parents/guardians about the child’s development.

  • Participate in team meetings to ensure holistic support for each child.

  Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Child Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, or a related field.

  • Experience working with children with special needs (preferred).

  • Knowledge of intervention strategies such as ABA, OT, DIR/Floortime, or PECS is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
